Norman Shorrock

(October 1, 1929 --)

A British fan who was a member of the Liverpool Group, LaSFaS (a former chairman), L2SFS, Cheltenham SFC, and SFCoL. He was a Knight of St. Fantony. He was on the Brumcon, Cytricon III, Cytricon IV, and Loncon committees. He was a member of MAD and MaD Productions.

He was program-master-mind at the Loncon; together with Dave Newman he organized several of the Kettering cons; and worked on the first BSFA Birmingham Convention.

His fanzines included Bastion, Biped (with Bill Harry for OMPA), EpiTAFF (with Eric Bentcliffe, Initiative Incorporated (one issue), Space Diversions, They're Off (with Ron Bennett for OMPA), and Xmas Greetings from the 'Space Divers'.
