Millennium Philcon, usually called MilPhil, was the 59th Worldcon, the fourth in Pennsylvania, held August 30 to September 3, 2001, in the Pennsylvania Convention Center and Philadelphia Marriott Hotel. FanHistoriCon 10.5 was held in conjunction.

GoHs: Greg Bear (author), Stephen Youll (artist), Gardner Dozois (editor), FGoH: George Scithers. Esther Friesner was Toastmaster. Chair: Todd Dashoff. MilPhil was run by the Phanadelphia Corporation. (Milton Rothman, who chaired the previous two Worldcons held in Philadelphia, was declared to be "Chairman Emeritus".)

A surprising attendee was a briefly revenant Joel Nydahl, last heard from in 1953.

Philadelphia in 2001 won the bid, defeating Orlando in 2001 in the 2001 Worldcon Site Selection.

MilPhil conducted the 2001 Hugos, 1951 Retro Hugos, and 2004 Worldcon Site Selection.
