Katya Hulan (born Katherine Jean Wheat, later, Kathy Atkins, then Stevens) was a Huntsville, AL, and Los Angeles fan and artist and member of LASFS.

She married Dave Hulan in 1961. They hosted DeepSouthCon 1 at their home in Huntsville in 1963. Later in the 1960s, she and Dave moved to Los Angeles. She was secretary of the PanPacificon bidcom.

Katya and Dave divorced before 1968, when she married Lon Atkins. They divorced in 1980, and she seems to have gafiated. In 1981, she married Russell H. Stevens and later settled in North Carolina.
