Katya Hulan (later, Kathy Atkins, then Stevens) was a Huntsville, AL, and Los Angeles fan and artist and member of LASFS.

With her then husband, Dave Hulan, she hosted DeepSouthCon 1 at her home in Huntsville in 1963. She was secretary of the PanPacificon bidcom.

She later married Lon Atkins.
