(Did you mean Howard Craig Miller of New York?)
(????–)
Howard Miller was an L.A. fan and fanartist active in the 1950s.
He was involved in a minor FAPA flap in November 1955, which barely deserved Fancy 2’s mention under Blitzkrieg: The OE-elect, Lee Jacobs, resigned just before time to get the mailing out, but an emergency committee of L.A. FAPA members — Miller, Dick Wilson, Ed Cox, Charles Burbee and Ron Ellik — took over and got the mailing out on time, then co-opted Ellik to fill Jacobs' office with no disturbance to the rest of the membership.
