Windycon IV was a convention held from October 7-9, 1977 at the Arlington Park Hilton in Arlington Heights, IL. Guests of Honor: Bill Rotsler, Meade Frierson. Chair: Larry Propp. The con had the theme "The 137th Annual Loganberry Festival in Trollsbreath, Latvia." Attendance was about 700.
