A review of that issue in Focus #5 (June 1956) as by 'bem' said:
An odd item containing stories, article, illos and personalities in a wild jumble that is quite exhilarating. The standard is generally fairly high, particularly with stories like "No Choice" and "The Stranger". "Purely Coincidental" also is a story worth reading. It's all about what might happen when the Loncon of '57 gets along. If a second issue of this 'zine is pubbed, don't miss it.
It's a little unclear why 'bem' thought it an 'odd item'.
Contributors included Don Allen, Ron Deacon, Cyril Evans, Eva Firestone, Bill Harry, Terry Jeeves, Ken McIntyre, Archie Mercer, Frank Simpson, Ken Slater, Phil Sless, Ken E. Smith, Bobbie Wild and Jack Wilson.
Onshe was a supplement included with the first issue 'As an excuse to add to Once in a Blue Moon and give you perhaps later news.'
