It is a rare fanclub prosperous enough to posess its own clubhouse. LASFS, BSFS, and NESFA do, but we're unaware of others today.
In the mid-1960s, London fandom attempted to rent a clubhouse. It is unclear if they succeeded, but Ratatosk #2 reports on a failed attempt.
