Katya Hulan (born Katherine Jean Wheat, later, Kathy Atkins, then Stevens) was a Huntsville, AL, and Los Angeles fan and artist and member of LASFS.

She married Dave Hulan in 1961. They hosted DeepSouthCon 1 at their home in Huntsville in 1963.

At some point in the 1960s, she and Dave moved to Los Angeles and joined LASFS. She was secretary of the PanPacificon bidcom. Katya and Dave divorced.

In 1968, she married Lon Atkins. They divorced in 1980.

In 1981, she married Russell H. Stevens.
