Blue Moon was a fanzine published by Dave Cohen in Manchester in the UK for the Manchester Circle.

An editorial in #1 said:

We hear rumours scattered here, there, and everywhere... especially at conventions... that miracles do happen. Here's proof! A fanzine by the Manchester Circle. (Ye Olde remnants of N.S.F.C.) A bone shaking idea that shook us out of our reverie of Ghod Bheer when one member was brave enough to suggest it. (He has recently come out of hospital after recovering from a severe "accident"!)

Contributors included Don Allen, Ron Deacon, Cyril Evans, Eva Firestone, Bill Harry, Terry Jeeves, Ken McIntyre, Archie Mercer, Frank Simpson, Ken Slater, Phil Sless, Ken E. Smith, Bobbie Wild and Jack Wilson

Onshe was a supplement included with the first issue 'As an excuse to add to Once in a Blue Moon and give you perhaps later news.'
