Paul Powlesland was a fan and fan artist from Oneida, New York active in the 1950s and into at least the 1970s. He contributed to Destiny (including some art), Fan To See and Fantastic Worlds. No-Eyed Monster #17 (Summer 1969) was, according to Yandro #190, 'a digest-sized issue entirely devoted to a 65-page novelet by Paul Powlesland. (Well, actually a series of items with the same background rather than a novelet in the strict sense.)'. He was a member of the N3F in 1977.
