A print-only APA centered in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. The founders included Judie Cilcain and Matthew Tepper. It began in 1980 as the MinneAPA waitlist that didn’t want to wait to pub its ish. It was still going (and still print-only) in 2020, with mailings every six weeks.
