Richard Hickey, a Chifan, hosted, with his wife, Rosemary Hickey, the monthly meetings of the second Chicago Science Fiction Club at their home at 2020 N. Mohawk Street.
The Hickeys performed in “The Purple Pastures” at Pittcon in 1960.
Following Chicon 3 in 1962, they hosted Walt and Madeleine Willis during their travels.
