Picocon 6 was held February 6, 1988, in the UDH and SCR at Imperial College in London. The GoHs were Terry Pratchett, and Michael Scott Rohan. (Dave Langford was also there, but it appears that he was not a GoH.) It was chaired by Tom Yates.
OUSFG challenged the Cambridge University SF Society to a Varsity fish fight over the rights to hold a Unicon, and the tradition of inter-university fish duelling continues at Picocons to this day. The fish must be defrosted, and the best technique requires holding it by the gills.
