Nicki Lynch is a long-time SF fan living in the Baltiwash area. She and her husband Rich Lynch edited Mimosa (1982-2003), a popular fanzine with a fanhistory theme.

They also edited Chat (1977-1981) and A Mimosa Fanthology and A Mimosa Fanthology Part 2. They edited the NorthAmeriCon Nebula (the convention newsletter of the 1979 NASFiC, NorthAmeriCon).

She's been a member of WSFA, the Southern Fandom Confederation and used to be a member of Chattanooga Science Fiction Association. She has been a member of SAPS (former OE), SFPA and Myriad (Galactic Hitch Hiker).

Mimosa won six Best Fanzine Hugos (in 1992, 1993, 1994, 1997, 1998 and 2003) and was nominated a total of 14 times (1991-2004).
