A 13-page, one-shot fanzine published by Boff Perry.
It is definitely an original one-shot and technically a letter of comment and a contribution to Rick Sneary. But it was a lot of work for a LoC so it became an issue of Foo which might be its title. It starts off sounding like a letter but its 13 numbered pages have a cover and illustrations and fiction and convention promotions.
The one known copy was hand-drawn and mostly typed on one side of the page only. One signature in it is in purple crayon. It would be interesting to know if anyone has any carbon copies of this or if it is one of a kind. It's not listed in Pavlat-Evans Fanzine Index nor is it in Bruce Pelz's list, Pickersgill's Memory Hole or Ned Brook's Fanzine Index.
