Martin Andreasson is a Swedish actifan and faned, involved in fandom since a very early age; he published his first fanzine in 1984. He is the younger brother of Malte Andreasson, and their activities were in many cases joint.

Active primarily from 1984 through the first years of the 2000s, he organized Luncon 2 and Luncon 3 (1986 and 1987), published over 100 fanzine issues, was chairman of the Skandinavisk Fanzine Forening from 1986–1994 and 1997–2000, and was for a few years chairman of the Alvar Appeltofft Memorial Foundation. His most prominent fanzines were Floreced, a genzine started in 1984, and Horison, a newszine published 1992–94.

In mundane life, Andreasson during the 1990s was a board member and for two years vice president of the RFSL, the Swedish Federation for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Rights; since 2002, and worked also in publishing; since 2002, he has worked full time for the Swedish Liberal party and was a member of Sweden’s Riksdag (parliament) from 2002–06 and 2012. He is currently (2003) a state secretary at the Ministry for Employment.
