Ann Dinkleman, a Chicago fan active in the 1960s, belonged to the University of Chicago SF Club. She was part of the CHIAC group that produced the fannish plays The Purple Pastures and Requiem for a Fake Fan at Pittcon, the 1960 Worldcon.
A couple years later, she introduced her roommate, Pat Sims, to fandom, and the two of them worked on Chicon III in 1962 and went together to Midwestcon 14 and Discon in 1963.
Ann gafiated a few years later and moved to California.
