Belle Dietz was a prominent New York fan very active in the 50s. She was the former wife of BNF Frank Dietz with with him hosted many early Lunarians meetings at their home. She was one of the incorporaters of Nycon II and subsequently played an important role in WSFS, Inc. (of which she was Secretary) and its associated controversies. She was a member of Eastern SF Association (and served as its president) and of the ESSFSCCNY.
In the late 80s she was one of the editors of Ground Zero for OMPA. After she and Frank divorced, she mostly gafiated.
