Joyce Slater (née Teagle) was a British fan who began contributing to fanzines with The Futurian 8 (Spring 1940) which contained her story “The Time Machine.” She was associate editor of Operation Fantast.

With her husband, Ken Slater, Joyce was FGoH of Conspiracy '87, the 1987 Worldcon. They worked together running a Dealers' Room table for many decades.
