The Futurian was a fanzine published in the UK by J. Michael Rosenblum for the Leeds branch of the Science Fiction League. It was preceded by two issues of the Bulletin of the Leeds Science Fiction League edited by Harold Gottliffe, and succeeded by The "Pseudo-Futurian!" and then Futurian War Digest.

The name 'evolved' during a discussion although Rosenblum claimed for himself 'a large part of the parenthood' and said that this 'nomenclature as a synonym for stf fan soon gained great fame'. He also said that New York Futurians 'seized [the name] with great avidity' and 'gave a special twist to the meaning which still remains amongst American fandom'[1] while the Australians retained its original meaning.
