Corflu 4 was held April 3–5, 1987, across the Ohio River from Cincinnati in Kentucky. The committee was Bill Bowers, with the help of Dave Locke, Bill Cavin, Larry Tucker, Leah Zeldes Smith, Pat Mueller, Richard Brandt, Fred Haskell, Edd Vick, Frank Johnson, Debbie Rigdon, Bill Cavin, and Linda Bushyager.
Gary Mattingly and Leah Zeldes Smith were Special Guests because they were co-chairs for AutoClave, the very first convention for fanzine fans. Joel Zakem was Corflu GoH. Taral was toastmaster.
