(???? – January 18, 1985)
George George "A.T.W." (for All The Way) Charters, a Belfast fan, was probably the most prolific (though least known) member of the Wheels of IF in the 1960s. He published 19 issues of The Scarr (an anagram of "Charters") between 1963 and 1970.
He was remembered "His writing was suffused by the gentle warmth and quiet humor which made him such a nice person to know and so impossible to forget."
