Geoffrey Michael Wingrove was a British fan from Cheam in Surrey active in the mid-1950s. He was a member of the Surrey Circle and of OMPA, joining with the first mailing in September 1954 and remaining until its twelfth in June 1957. His first convention was the Medcon and he was a member of the Supermancon and attended Cytricon II. Archie Mercer, writing in Ploy #6 (June 1956) described him as 'an amiable giant of six-foot four' and said that he was a jazz fan.

He is listed in Ron Bennett's Directory of Science Fiction Fandom up to 1957 but not later.
