Rich Small, an apahack from Tallahassee, FL, belonged to REHUPA, Dagon, Apanage, CAPA-Alpha, APA-5, and SAPS.

Rich had many fannish interests, as his apa participation shows; however, he was an avid comix fan. He seemed to often live and breathe as an old comics hero.
