Leslie "Les" Flood was a British fan and pro who founded the Fantasy Book Centre (later Books and Music), the UK's first SF bookstore. He took over Ted Carnell's literary agency when Carnell died. He was one of the creators of the International Fantasy Award in 1951.
He was still active in the 1970s and was one of the British professionals who came over to the US for the ill-fated SF Expo in 1976.
