Cosmic Stories, published by Albing Publications of New York, was a companion SF magazine to Stirring Science Stories, both edited by Donald A. Wollheim for no pay and on a very small budget. It ran from March, 1941, until July, 1941, for a total of three issues.

As with its sister magazine, Cosmic Stories relied on Wollheim's fellow Futurians for its stories and art, including Isaac Asimov, James Blish, and Hannes Bok. Cyril Kornbluth, under a variety of pseudonyms, was a major contributor.

The bi-monthly magazine was titled Cosmic Science-Fiction on its cover.

In June, 1950, one issue of a reprint magazine titled Cosmic Science Stories was published in the UK by Popular Press, London.
