(???? –)

Lynne Aronson, originally a Chicago fan, was brought into fandom in the mid-1960s by her friend Phyllis Eisenstein, partly because of her love of science fiction, but also because she had a car and could drive to George Price's home for fan gatherings. It was at one of these events that Lynne met Mark Aronson, whom she eventually married.

In 1967, she attended her first Worldcon, NyCon3, and competed in the masquerade, wearing a dress made up entirely of magazine rejection slips.

Lynne and Mark were founders of Windycon and ISFiC and co-chaired the first three years, returning as Guests of Honor for Windycon XV and XXX.

At Noreascon Two, she organized the Great Noreascon One-Shot Chorale, a one-time expansion of the Chicago Semi-Pro Musica.

She and her husband eventually left Chicago for the wilds of Cincinnati, where they joined the CFG.
