Immortal ConFusion, the 40th, was held January 18–20, 2013, in Dearborn, MI. The GoHs were Charles Stross, James Davis Nicoll, Scott Edelman, Jennifer Ouellette, Mary Robinette Kowal, and Lucy Kennedy.
Among the events was a memorial for Larry Tucker (arranged at great effort by Zita Gillis, Leah Smith and others, despite a resistant concom), with Ro Nagey Skyped in from Wales and a showing of Faans.
