Charles David George “Charlie” Stross, an enormously prolific British pro writer and fan, specializes in hard science fiction and space opera. His first published short story, “The Boys,” appeared in Interzone in 1987.
A native of Leeds, England, Stross lives in Edinburgh, Scotland. He has also worked as a computer journalist.
