E. Rose was a UK fan from Leeds active in the 1930s. He was a member of the Science Fiction Association (SFA), joining in July 1937 along with five other people from the city. He is not otherwise mentioned in Novae Terrae. According to Then quoting The Immortal Storm, Rose was part of the SFL faction in the schism of the Leeds group.
