A hoax bid to hold an out-of-country Worldcon in Colorado based on an alleged surveyor's error. The bid committee included Jim Freund, Jon Singer, Cynthia Williams Freund, Stu Shiffman, Elliot Shorter and Larry Carmody.
It appears to have gone no further than the flyer.
