Thelma J. Kelly was a New Jersey fanzine fan active in the 1950s. We haven’t thus far turned up evidence of her fanac beyond articles she wrote for Sol, the fanzine published by her teenaged son, Dave Ish, but she wrote knowledgeably not only about pop-culture topics of fannish interest, such as Pogo, but also about the fanwriting of Walt Willis.
