Shannon K. Butcher is an American fantasy author, best known for her paranormal series The Sentinel Wars. She also writes as Anna Argent.
She became a writer after a career as an industrial engineer. Her ex-husband, Jim Butcher (divorced 2013), and son, James J. Butcher, are also fantasy writers.
