Sandy Kadet was a fan from Chicago active in the mid-1940s. He was a member of the N3F. He participated in a one-shot with Jack Speer, Dale Rostomily and Bonnell that ran in the 37th FAPA mailing.

He attended the First Post-Radar-Contact-with-the-Moon Con in 1946. Bob Tucker’s conrep from Bloomington News-Letter 4 (April 1946) reported:
