Olexandr Vasylkivsky (Олександр Васильківський, sometimes also transliterated Oleksandr; earlier he used the Russian form Александр Васильковский, Alexander Vasilkovsky) is a fan, translator and reviewer from Kyiv, Ukraine, active in SF clubs since 1984, including Zoryany Shlyah SF Club. In the 1990s, he edited (with club chairman Borys Sydiuk) its English-language Chernobylization (for articles there, he included the initial of his patronymic Alexander V. Vasilkovsky), and traded and corresponded with other faneds across the globe.

He was on the con committees of the Kyiv Portal (2006) and Eurocon 2013. As of 2013, "attended three Worldcons and seven Eurocons" as well as Sou'Wester (1994), he served as the Ukraine agent for Interaction.
