A carpetbagger bid to host the 2023 Worldcon in Memphis, TN, in late August. The bid, chaired by Cliff Dunn and Kate Secor, was announced at Dublin 2019. The bid filing says Secor will be con chair. The other announced bidcom members are Mike Willmoth and Jo Van Ekeren.
