Marvis Manning, an Indiana fan and member of the Decker Dillies, served on the National Advisory Board of the 1940 Worldcon, Chicon.
He published Pluto with his brother, Vincent Manning, and attended Chicon, for which he was on the national advisory board, and the Denvention. He was married to Faye Manning.
