Ken Forman is a fanzine fan who co-chaired Corflu Blackjack in Las Vegas in 2004 (with Ben Wilson) and Cor31u in Richmond, VA, in 2014 (with Nic Farey). He was one of the founders of (and first OE) of APA-V. He is OE of FAPA.

He was first active in Las Vegas fandom and now lives in Flippin, Arkansas.

He was formerly married to Aileen Forman.
