Jim Mann is a con-running fan living near Pittsburgh, PA. He has worked on numerous Worldcons, Boskones (chairing Boskone 25 and Boskone 47) and Confluences.

He is a member of NESFA, MCFI and PARSEC and has edited a number of books for NESFA Press, including Cordwainer Smith's Rediscovery of Man.
