Diane Miller Blackwood is an American fan and a longtime member of the N3F. She worked on Chicon 2000.

She earned her MA in Sociology with a thesis on the process of becoming a science fiction fan.

A native of San Antonio now living in Albuquerque, she also lived in Chicago and North Dakota. She is married to Bob Blackwood.
