Chattacon 4 was a convention held January 5–7, 1979, (or perhaps 12th–14th -- sources differ) at the Sheraton Downtown in Chattanooga, TN. The GoH was Alan Dean Foster and Jack Chalker was Special Guest.
It was chaired by Irv Koch, Cliff Amos was MC, Bob Tucker was toastmaster and attendance was 438.
