Bill Sarill

William J. Sarill, a fan active in the 1950s and ’60s, was an early member of The Cult and a “pseudomember” of MITSFS. He contributed to such fanzines as Paul WilliamsWithin, and attended Detention, the 1959 Worldcon, and Baycon, the 1968 Worldcon. He was a friend and onetime roommate of Philip K. Dick’s.

A biochemist who has worked in nutrition and anti-aging research, Sarill is named on a number of patents.
