Balticon 25 was a convention held Easter weekend, March 29-31, 1991 at the Hunt Valley Inn in Hunt Valley, MD. The GoHs were Nancy Kress, Tom Canty, and Kathy Mar.

The chairman was Hal Haag. (He got an unexpected pie in the face just before the masquerade.)

Michael F. Flynn won the Compton Crook Award for In the Country of the Blind. Josepha Sherman was the previous year's winner.
