Nancy Kress

A United States pro writer who began writing in 1976. She is primarily known for her short fiction. She has been a regular columnist for Writer's Digest and an instructor at Clarion. She has been married to two other SF writers, Charles Sheffield, and after his death, Jack Skillingstead.
