John D. Lewis was a UK fan from Leeds active in the 1930s. According to Then quoting The Immortal Storm, he was part of the SFL faction in the schism of the Leeds group after 1937 although there's otherwise no evidence he was a member of the Science Fiction Association (SFA) itself.
