LibertyCon 5 was held July 19-21, 1991 at the Comfort Inn Downtown in Chattanooga, TN. The GoH was James P. Hogan, the AGoH was David Cherry, and L. Sprague de Camp and Catherine Crook de Camp were Special GoHs. Bob Tucker was toastmaster.
