(???? – )

William E. 'Bill' Price was a UK fan and artist from Monmouthshire in Wales active in the 1950s. He was a member of the London SF Con of 1952 although it's not clear if he attended. He did however attend Coroncon in 1953 and was a member of Supermancon in 1954. He was a member of the Fantasy Art Society.[1] and may have been a member of The Cymrades.

Price was a cartoonist with work appearing in Camber, Science Fantasy News and Void. He had five pieces in the UK prozine Nebula in 1953–5.

It's possible that Fred Price was his brother.
