A Miami fan who organised Mooncon in 1977. He was married to fellow fan Rusty Jenrette from 1955-1973 and starting in 1973 to Mardee Jenrette.

Alan Dodd was the target of a hoax by Dave and Rusty Jenrette and Ron Bennett in which they claimed that they had created Dodd as a hoax fan.
