The 1940 Philcon, aka Phillycon and the 1940 Philadelphia Science Fiction Conference, mentioned in Harry Warner, Jr.’s All Our Yesterdays, p. 227, was a convention held by PSFS on November 10, 1940, in Philadelphia, PA.
Chair was Alexander M. Phillips.
